Talking Partner Dictionary for Windows provides bidirectional formulate translation and synthesis of address. The dictionary is facile to install on a desktop computer. One of its remarkable features is phonation procedure, i.e. the ability to judge lyric. Now you don't take to stop the transcription, merely select the formulate and with one click produce the address synthesizer judge it for you. The synthesizer (Text-to-Speech engine) is based on a newfangled approach to address synthesis, i.e. on formanta synthesis, which creates a man vocal tract simulation by moulding sounds of a national language.
